Going Back

    Well a year ago i played For my school as a ... well basically on any positions in the back line
    I graduated from school and stopped playing , after that ive been geting out off shape , i couldnt run as fast as i used to, my shots, my first touch, my headers .well basicly everything has become rusty.
    and i want to get back into football and play for a local club.
    My Nickname was Mexes Back then Lol, friends said i had the skill to play for a club , i just never wanted to trial, time past and i just forgot about it.
    Is there anything that i can do to get me back to the same skill and fitness as i used to have. To trial for a club.

    Practice.

    Go for runs.

    Join a gym.

    Just get yourself fitter by a bit of hard work.
