The Moreno sending off in question was a 2nd yellow for interfering with the keeper returning the ball to play. IIRC, the US Open Cup game in question also saw a somewhat questionable sending off of Etcheverry. It was pretty much the nadir of DC's season last year (like this year got any better) and can pretty much be summed up by the fact that Moreno didn't realize he was already carrying a yellow and in fact, wouldn't have tried to vent his frustration in that manner had he known -- pretty much agreeing in his comments that he deserved a yellow on that one.
