Got curious if there were more rosters and that was the only one I found. I was hoping I could see, like, Morocco's, Senegal's or Algeria's, lol.

No Ganiou, No Tiendrebeogo for Burkina Faso which seems to be their two biggest omissions

The squad for Ivory Coast with the return of Wilfred Zaha.

They left out Nicolas Pepe, Wilfred Singo, and Simon Adingra. Very questionable absences, but overall its actuality a stronger squad than the one that won the competition 2 years ago.

Also no Evann Guessand and Dorgeles..

Fae still hedging his bets on Haller. Crazy

Even crazier is that Seri is back for the first time since 2024. Experience over talent I guess?

Yeah he is a very suspect coach. Seri back is ridiculous.

Guessand is on standby, but he hasn't really been that great for CIV.

Pepe missing is scandalous, he has been outstanding in LaLiga even though he can be frustrating for the national team.

Still there's lots of quality and Yan Diomande could be the breakout star of the tournament.

    I stick by my guns.

Senegal will confirm their status as Africa's #1 by winning the AFCON in Morocco.

Their squad is more evenly balanced than Morocco. No weak areas.

They will become the first non Maghreb nation to win AFCON in North Africa since Nigeria in 1994.

Mendy is the only reason I think Senegal may not be successful in this tournament or next summer.
I do not trust him at all.

He was great against both England and Brazil.

But yeah he has his moments. He lost Senegal the game against the Netherlands in 2022.

He had a really bad pass against Brasil in which he was fortunate that they did not make him pay.
