The fact that he has personally guarenteed the loan doesn't make it any better i very much doubt that he or his sons will be able to pay off £780million in there lifetime and so it will be the club left with the debt. it will all be the club. people say there wasn't this much anger at abramovich taking over a chelsea. THERE WAS NO DEBT WHO ARE YOU PEOPLE WHO CAN'T SEE WHAT IS WRONG HERE. ITS ALL WRONG YOU FOOLS.IT WAS OUR PLANET..... YOU BLEW IT UP YOU BLEW IT ALL TO HELLLLL.

For those who dont know selling the name of old traffored will take atleast £180 million of the name, CAnt remember where i read it but its a fact. It could be more. He can pay the =debt back sooner than you think. This may not bethinking big, but from ticket sales alone he can knock of enough. Let alone the fact that when we win the Champions league, and the EPL title. lol Just trying to be positive.

So, Joel got to speak about his toy today on MUTV. Here are highlights from the interview:

    http://today.reuters.co.uk/news/new...T_0_SPORT-SOCCER-UNITED-GLAZER-HIGHLIGHTS.XML

Of course we're going to be concerned about the Glazers and their dealings.. It's in our best interest to see how they leech off of us. He's embarassed about the lack of communication. WTF. He could have done something instead of hiding and giving statements to the press. He doesn't say what the plans are for meeting with supporters or anything of the sort. He basically says don't watch what we're doing and only concern yourself with the games.

What do you want him to say? And why would you be concerned with anything other than what happens on the field? Those are the reasons given to me for objections to the glazer ownership. That there was huge debt upon the club and they would limit the transfer dollars. Well, that does not appear to be the case. SO what other objections could you possibly have at this point? People raise the issue of debt, but if you know anything about buisiness and how it works, esopecially revenue generating business, you know that you leverage as much as you can so that you can put the other cash to work.

Oh, well that's just geat news isn't it? Generation after generation of families from Old Trafford, Stretford, Sale, Collyhurst, Withington, Wythenshawe, Cheetham Hill, Ancoats, Salford and all the surrounding areas going to OLD TRAFFORD to cheer on the shirts could potentially see all that tradition wiped out to help pay off the debt accrued by a bunch of ********** who up until Wednesday had never been to OT, just wonderful

All the money we've ploughed into the club through ticket purchases, shirt sales, programme sales, half-time pies etc. helped build that stadium, the hours of overtime that people worked just to have enough money to follow the reds at Old Trafford and away from home could be all thrown back in our faces just to help pay off a debt that we didn't want and didn't need and you think it could be a good thing? Unbelievable.

If the money from a potential sale of stadium naming rights went into improving the team and expanding Old Trafford even further it would be easier take but I would still feel as though we were selling-out to a degree and it would not be something that would be easy to accept. Selling-out to help pay off a debt that we didn't need is completely unnacceptable.

Traditional fans, not just of Manchester United have felt more and more alienated from the game in recent years and the Glazers have been the final straw for some, that's why we see the forming of FC United of Manchester, that's why we saw the scenes we did outside Old Trafford on Wednesday night, this is just the beginning.

The people who support this game have been taken for granted for too long and now we are fighting back, we are the same people that have been following football for decades and we will be the same people following the game when all the money and commercialisation has gone. The revolution is coming, it may take a long time but it is coming.

    Rant over.

I have a favorite saying about directors.

Don't beleive a word they say until you see it in black and white. AND ITS ALREADY HAPPENED.

Glazer after all help create laws in the US protecting the fans rights. When after refusing to honor a promise to help fund a stadium, the city cough up the taxes with some creative accounting he still tried to tout the team to other cities.

    Any thinking EUROPEAN LEAGUE????

Well talk about what happens on the field.. Do you really think the current squad has the depth to beat Chelsea? We can beat them on the day we play them but that doesn't win the league. It's the grind the week in week out push against everyone is this squad up for it?

How many games did we lose to bottom feeders?

Why didn't he invest in the MLS? 320 million people 20 teams in 10 years think of the profit from that continent.

As for season ticket sales look at American Baseball according to the figures most clubs there are 10,000s holders but come game time they are not there. Those tickets are given away by the corporate sponors. Bums on seats at OLD Trafford is what will count for something but noise and passion will count for the most of it.

He didn't invest in MLS because the league sucks and is going nowhere. He wanted to be a part of the best league in the world and it is the Premiership. And he wants to win and that is all you people shoul dbe concerned with
