He's not the only high-ish profile young player who has parents advocating for more playing time...

Advocating is a fun word to use to make these appear analogous.

I'm far more concerned with Gio's behavior at the WC than his parents', and I'm (and I'm sure many others are) fully capable of establishing a line between those.

The behavior of the coach and the rest of the players was to get beyond this especially after he served his punishment in Qatar. Its time for you and the rest with this complaint to follow that example.

I feel like Gio celebrated with Pepi too much tonight. I mean, do we really believe it?

    All a scam.

Those bitches, they dared to be the best attackers on the field, should apologize for that.

Sounds like the club made good and appropriate comments.

Agreed. Imagine if that is how the US leadership responded from the get-go...

I saw Gio celebrating on training video the day before the game when I suppose his "team" won a game of short field. That made me think he and his teammates have moved on. The game reinforced it. Anyone listen to the Scuffed podcast? They brought up some subtle moves and passes from Reyna and McKennie that as they said don't pop when watching a game live but do on a re-watch.

Yes. But, in fact, maybe they did. I may be wrong, but I don't think there is any public info regarding what Stewart or McBride said in reply to the Reyna's unhelpful complaints.

Well one thing I got from the window is he at least seems healthy and able to play given that he started both games and went 64 and 72 minutes.

I wasn't. a) I knew that Gio wouldn't start no matter what and b) BVB always choke against Bayern... especially when a title is on the line.

Already 3-0 in the 1st half. Brutal.

Bayern do just enough to win the title these days.

Caden Clark made the bench, somewhat of a surprise I guess. He could chat with Gio during the break.

Hopefully they are only down a goal when he comes on in the second half. They need his offense I'd assume if fit he'll play a bit.
