This is the title of a documentary made by the people behind City of God. Here is part of it at nikefootball.com http://nikefootball.nike.com/nikefootball/siteshell/index.jsp#,us;ginga
Go to downloads and it should be on the left side of the page. It's a great documentary. I wish they showed Espirito Santo.
I should have noted the date as someone will see this thread next week and get confused.. Sunday December 18, 2005..
I downloaded and watched the whole thing tonight. It's an awesome production. Great stories to follow (particularly Romarinho and Celso I thought) and amazing images. Some of the highlights were: playing soccer on a barge on the amazon river; the futal game set up between Falcão and Robinho at the end; and anything Falcão did with the ball. You think Ronaldinho Gaúcho has ball control? I recommend the whole thing to anyone who can download it. If you can't, definitely try and catch it on FSC.
Wow i saw it...u guys got some amazing soccer...it looks like art with all this creativity these guys have...if for every skilled player in brasil got paid...u guys would be swiming in money lol..but the show was really good..
i keep hearing this guy falcao's name being mention for his incredible ball skills, but never seen any footage..is he really that good ? and has he ever played regular soccer or is he futsal only ? cheers fellas
damn....romario is crazy. Kid has alot of heart. To bad about that other kid, I forget his name, but the one that didnt make the team.....and he was doing the car parking thing.....they do that in Portugal too...go figure huh. Interesting about the Amazon team, that was crazy. Robinho is too nice with it, he was dressing maddddd flashy though!
well, ive just seen that falcao playing against robinho on the nike website...he's ************ing incredible.never seen anything like that UNBELIEVABLE
Falcão's skills are sick. But he isn't a good outdoor player. If you saw the interview you'll remember that he wasn't even a good indoor player, just a guy with some amazing skills, until he started making the effort to play more for the team like he does now. But if all it took to be a good outdoor player were ball-control skills, then whoever holds the world record for juggling the ball would be a great player too!
I thought so,according to the nike website. I filled an online form to see it...but there's nothing there
Falcao really reminds me of those crazy players you see in the city courts like in New York and Chicago...streetball legends and whatnot. The guy is amazing. I thought it was funny to see him suit up for Sao Paulo last year though. haha.
how come he wasnt succesful in regular football ? who did he play for ? was he just too much of an individual..wouldnt be surprised seeing those ridiculous ball skills.by the way you made me laugh with he's "just a guy with amazing skills".cheers
