I know they recently fired a bunch of people in the Revs front office but does anyone know if anyone actually works in the Gillette Stadium box office? After my email got no response, I've tried calling twice (1 877 GET REVS) to inquire about a bloc (more than 20) of MLS Cup tickets and have got answering machine both times. I left a message yesterday morning as directed but so far no one has called me back. I called again today and got the machine again. I'm going to order for the kids on the team I coach and a few friends and they're all very excited (me too!). But I sort of need to talk to an actual human being to get the ticket purchase. I also need to know if when I order the tickets, if they can FedEx them to me so we don't have to wait in line on match day. But again, I need to talk to an actual person.
Just another opinion, but I've talked to many people this week who claim they can't get through to anybody at the Revolution offices. The Magpie
treat it like calling into a radio station for the prize pack.....keep redialing. on a related note, very very peeved here. i made a phone order with the office on 9/27 for mls cup (13 tix) and there's no record of the charge yet!
I just returned from the stadium during lunch. There were at least two people there.I had to wait in line for a little while to buy my ticket. The other person was using a credit card. . One person working the window and one on the phone. If there were more out of site, only Rui knows.
Actually, I finally got through to a person. jmsullivan, perhaps the person on the phone you saw was talking to me! A very affable fellow too. Had a long conversation about college hockey, strangely enough.
I just called up and ordered 8 more tickets to put me at 18 total. Craig is there and took my call. I asked him how many tickets were sold so far and he said alot, but said he hasn't even had time to count yet. Come on, keep ringing up support for the game and tell people to buy tickets.
There's the reason no one can get through, too many long conversaations and too much college hockey talk.
