I needed the same information, and found this,

    go to www.reavaya.org.za

type transport hubs in the search box

This gives you the schedule and route for the Sandton bus that passes through Rosebank and takes you to the Westgate Transport hub, where you hop on the stadium transport to Ellis Park or Soccer city depending on the game.....

    Hope this helps,

    Scott

Rea Vaya doesn't reach Rosebank as yet but I'm not disputing what you saying as there might be some link for the duration of the World Cup.

There's Metro bus that can take you close to the transport hub in Johannesburg CBD but u gonna have to use metered taxis when you go back to Rosebank later.

    Pule,

you are right, It is the Metrobus on match days it will run from the Sandton Metrobus Hub at Innesfree Park to the Westgate Transport Hub every Ten minutes

At Westgate you would catch either the Rea Vaya bus or the metrorail depending on the stadium....

As for the return schedule, the timetable states on an 8:30pm kick off match, the bus will run back to Sandton until 2:30 am,

If anyone has taken this bus service please reply..

    Thanks

If you're driving, you can park at the mall for free (15 min walk) or at a car lot about 7-8 minutes walk for only 50 Rand ($6-$7) - there are actually closer spots in the neighborhood by the stadium, but they looked a little shady

Both parking spots are close to the highway for a quick exit

    no car.

    another question...

What is the best (i.e. quickest) way to get from Cape Town airport to the city center? (staying on long street).

FYI: I arrive at 5:10 pm from Jo'Burg and have tickets to a match at 8:30.
