okay so i have a mini game plan (too much traveling to go full season tix yet), but i'm going tomorrow night too. thing is i want to sit near/close to some friends who already bought tickets in section 136 or 137. i keep going to ticketmaster and they keep trying to give me tix in section 127. it'll feel weird. i'm always on the southside (by always i mean, for the 2 games played at victoria street so far )
It's a Wednesday night game so attendance will likely be significantly lower than the first two games. Try buying your tix at the stadium box office before the game (and you can avoid the ticketmaster surcharge).
If you order tix directly through the G's ticket office (877-3GALAXY) they'll put you in the seat closest to your friends.
thanks for the help gang... actually with attendance as low as it was last night we just ended up moving over to 137 anyway. the people in the ticket booths are not necessarily the brightest people on the planet. i asked the girl specifically for 137 or 138 (even pointed to it on the map) and she gave me seats in 127. then a couple of minutes later some other friends bought their seats and got section 137. oh well. like i said it all worked out in the end.
Well, I have season tickets in sect 138, and brought a guest to the match. I had no problems, getting an extra ticket in 138, the only problem I had was waiting in line for 20 minutes to get the ticket. With only 13k in the stadium, I didnt expect such a long wait to get one extra tix. My main gripe is that I missed the first goal, yet again. Hope they work something out, because I feel for masses that show up on game night and have to wait just to get tixs. They should of tix booths at more than just one corner of the stadium. Just my two cents.
