Here's the deal. I want to play professional soccer. I'm a freshman in college without a team. Though I was promised we would have one in my D3 school this year an official in the athletics deparment got caught embezzling a ton of money and we couldn't get one this year.

I may or may not be good enough, I don't know. I've never got to play at a high level. The highest level I played was Kids Inc., and I was very good in that league at 12 playing 16 year olds.

Should I transfer to a Div. I school and try to make the team and do well? What should I do?

All I've ever wanted to do since I was 6 was play pro soccer but for a bunch of reasons I've never got to do anything about going through with it.

I would say try out for a PDL team...that has many college players that want to go pro...

I agree with NCODP here, you're best choice is a PDL team right now. Going through the hassle of transfering to another college than trying out for their team is way too much. Look for a Premier Development League team in you're area.

I've looked on the net now and can't find a team near me in the Oklahomaa panhandle. Bleh.

Maybe I'll transfer anyways. I just want to play soccer so bad again and with no pickup games going on around here ever that seems the best way to get to play.
