Interesting. Does anyone know anything about these guys? Is it really a trial, or is it just training? Is Stephen Mapp related to Justin Mapp?
3 players, getting a trial for a team they'll need either a WP (no way) or an EU passport to play for. I don't think so. I clicked on all 3 players' profiles, and there was nothing in there about "his mom is Italian." They're going over for training, not a trial. I think.
Nit-picking time... Coventry is not in the Premiership, right? And they have no chance of promotion? However, training there will give these guys a barometer of where they are/where they need to be.
It doesn't say anything about any of the players' moms on any of their profiles. However, it's true that if they don't qualify for EU passports in some way, it can't be a trial. Nice to see three guys from my high school though.
Yeah, they are in the first division and have no hope of being promoted this year. However, it looks like they shouldn't get relegated either...
