What has Ribery done? (I do remmeber Klinsmann naming him along with van Bommel and someone else... as players who had been rather rude with the player from the US he took to Bayern... can't remember his name).

LOL :D. I actually just read about it. I haven't seen more than a couple if games from the Bundesliga. Though I think I might watch it instead of the Premier League this time... 'cause I got kinda bored last season. IF I have any time, that is...

About Donovan. Klinsmann put him ahead of Podolski... after the goal he scored, and the goald Poldi didn't, I think I can see why...

So, we are now mortal enemies? It's a shame, I think we could have made beautiful music together.

Badstuber is no LB, don't understand why he's always picked over Contento in Bayern's shirt. With him on the left, there won't be much attacking on this side, all he does is waiting for opponents to come:p.
But i do believe Bads is better than the current germany CB 2. He should be used first hand in that spot.

Bads is lefty, and he has time to learn to play LB, so he could be useful to cover for whoever plays on LB and also can pass it up to the left better than other Cbs. Same goes with Boeteng as well on the right

    my pick for next game:

    ------------Kiessling

    ------Kroos----Ozil--------Mueller

    -------Schwesni----Khedira

    --Jansen --Bads---Boeteng-Lahm

    ------------Neuer

yep, not gonna happen. it's too late for any experiment.

Uff, what a horrible weekend. What a horrible, horrible friday. This was one of the worst defeats I had ever to admit. :(
Yes I know there were Spain 2008, Italy 2006 and Brasil 2002 and many more, but they were defeats were Germany was the worse team. But here we were so much better (even with 10 men), had so many chances, had a penalty and argh.ushaßo

Referee is a stupid card fetishist!
    Klose is just stupid!
And Podolski is just... just..., well I can't find words to describe that.

Now we have to win against Ghana, because anything else and we're certainly out, unless Serbia screws it against Australia.

After Germany-Ghana there will be only k.o. matches, so don't care.

Much like England vs Slovenia......Germany vs Ghana could effectively be a knock-out match too as it seems likely Serbia will beat Australia.

DONT count on that. You know how many serbs there are in auastralia? It's like a local rivalry!!

On top of that, Germany never fails at knockout games!! ;)

But if Serbia beats Australia, then a draw would not classify Germany. In that case Serbia would have 6 points, Ghana 5 and Germany 4... A draw would be enough for Germany if Australia wins or if Australia and Serbia tie.

Unless you meant a draw betwwn Australia and Serbia?.

IMO Germany needs a draw to advance if Serbia beats Australia. A German loss and they are out.

Some things I noticed about our penalty taker - He side footed it just like against serbia, except for one thing : He doesn't give anything away in the run up, which is quick and decisive, and he hits it harder and places it better as a result of the coolness. Also, once Neuville had scored he didn't even raise his hands - with his head down walked straight to the spot. I don't think anyone should be doubting Poldi's concetration at key moments as long as he's in form. Playing LAM is another matter though...

    --------Khedira-Schwein
    Muller-------Ozil----------Marin
    ------------Cacau

    That is our best team.

He shit his pants in the Serbia match, probably one of the worst things in a penalty taker. What I didn't understand is if he was going to shoot right no matter what, why not either put it in the air or hard? Very dissapointed from a German taking such a poor pen.

I think it was extreme nervousness. he might even have lost his confidence by missing a couple of great chances even before but then again that's expected of a professional. Pick your head up and move on. But that speaks volumes about his discipline. He's rather indifferent and likes to do his own thing. When his confidence is high, he can be very dynamic but when it's not, he becomes very anxious and it shows.
