Thank you for the respect all you mexico fans...your team played very well and deserved to go through against Argentina also.

Guess the sentiment is that this should have been the final :D

Anyways, good class shown by the Mexicans, good to have this humble sportsmanship. All the best to Mexico in the future and I guess we'll be seeing you again next year ;)

Very true. And Mexico showed the world that none of the S. American or European nations can take Mexico lighty.

Great show Mexico!!! See you again the next time you are in San Antonio!!!

I think you both are right on. I think Mexico showed that no one can take them lightly next year.

it would have been awesome to see a Germany vs Mexico final. but the way both teams played today, they played as if this was a final. hope to have a rematch soon enough. like lets say, next year during the WC ;)

Danke schön für ein schönes Spiel :D

I'm still pissed off at the removal of Kikín and the entrance of Márquez Lugo (a.k.a. "Márquez pirate copy" in Mexico), but we gave you guys a run for your money. ;)

    Good luck next year.

Heh..yea that would have CERTAINLY raised the drama.

The new offsides rule is really stupid though, I think it adds to players aggression and can result in more bookings.

Yeah, I thought you meant red. Hanke has to learn from the experience. He can't go off like that at a meaningful tournament.

Since this is a FIFA tourney, will he have to sit out one international match now or are these red cards "forgiven"???

It might be another tourney. I honestly don't think Hanke will be named to the World Cup team.

Miro would play ahead of Hanke anyhow. Miro's return is why I'm certain Hanke won't be named to the World Cup team.

german players complain way too much, and need to mature a bit. they always seem to be melodramatically intense and go crazy when they think they've been wronged. just look at how hanke, frings, deisler and ballack acted all game long.

it's crap and klinnsman needs to get them to cut that crap out. the mexicans played with more maturity than they do, which is pathetic.

also... germany got scored on with headers by mexico. that's not a good sign.

otherwise germany did well and about what should be expected for this tournament.
