I guess one year of Wagner and then Klopp 2025?

Kind of funny that Bayern only fired Nagelsmann about a year ago, and now they want to hire him again lol.

Would destroy every defense in Europe!!!

or Wagner the greatest German CF of ALL time becomes the greatest German coach of all time and gets perm job over that hobo Klopp!!!!

yeah if I was Nagelsmann I would be iffy about going back, Bayern has 0 patience. Who knows might not last a 2nd stint.....

I really wonder if Nagelsmann plans to start him at the Euros, especially with the limited playing time with the team. He has everything you need to start, but I would be worried to start him over Andrich. I see him as a very good bench option.

Also, it's kind of funny that now Gnabry, Sane, Goretzka, etc have been pushed out of the starting eleven so now we have one of the top reserve/bench players in all of Europe LOL.

I think he will start in the warm up games, and should come back in the Bayern side in the champions league quarter final.

Sane could yet start, Naiglesmann is a massive fan .

More very lucky with Oblak but great first touch.. anyway, Hummels and Brand responsible for the 1-0 and unfortunately for the 2-1 as well. Brand didn't even bother to jump.

Yep. Poor defending. No need for the inevitable added pressure about to come.

To be fair, qf of the cl and with a fighting chance to reach the semi final is quite some achievement for BVB.

    Edit: Füllkrug <3
    Edit2: Sabitzer lol

Füllkrug showing the importance of a proper CF. I hope Nagelsmann is taking note and stops benching him.

come on we all know that Atletico and Dortmund=2/2 very offensive teams. Not sure why people always have to highlight D as if Atletico didn't concede 5 goals, LOL.

In general the standard of defending in bundesliga is really poor bar Leverkuson.

Even if Fullkrug doesn't start (he should), it's great that we have that option in our squad for the Euros. He might not always look pretty, but he is a huge threat in the penalty box and a natural goal scorer. Guaranteed that he will score some important goals this summer imo.

Xavi and another coach got red cards in the second half in addition to Araujo getting sent off in the 29th minute. An epic meltdown while Dortmund and Atletico were putting on a brilliantly entertaining match.

2030??? LOL. Those players could breakthrough for 2026 WC.

Fact Musiala and Wirtz are already set in XI. Pavlovic looking to breakthrough SNT too like NOW. Ouedraogo, Gruda and Moukoko seem like only matter of time. And Moukoko made WC22 squad too.

reality given the HUGE M, AM/W, CF potential from younger age groups we look set in every position in future like so many times over too.

people love to say that Moukoko is future Germany 1st choice CF but I don't buy he is due to the big # of promising CFs that are emerging or shall emerge sooon enough. I myself has 0 clue to who that will end up being between Beier, Woltemade, Moukoko, Pejcinovic, Weiper, Moerstedt, Brunner, Tresoldi, Ansah, Topp, etc can go on and on (and I'm ignoring 07-onwards CFs too), LULZ. Time will tell, will depend on what clubs they play at and advantage likely to any and all playing in big clubs.

It's frustrating what's happening with Moukoko's development. You see at times how great his close control can be in tight spaces, he can create shooting opportunities for himself and has a good powerful shot. But he doesn't really suit Dortmund's system as a lone CF, barely plays and when he does he is understandably a bit rusty. I still feel like he has a lot of potential and is still very young but the question is how to get the best out of him. The good thing is we have so many high potential CF's with different attributes coming up that even if it doesn't work out with Moukoko it shouldn't be an issue.

As for other positions, I feel like Gruda is pretty close to a call up could easily happen later this year, but predicting future AM/CM is very tough as besides Pavlovic & Ouedraogo we have a ton of very promising players in those positions.
