I like the criss-cross strings and the big V. It has a classy vibe. Retro and modern. But I agree: The eagle badge all in gold isn't such a good idea. I blame the mediocre 2012 kit for our disappointing exit. As for the women's current home kit, it's okay. Whereas the 2011 WWC kit was quite an eyesore, as German kits go. Also arguably the reason why our team got kicked out ignominously. The Fußballgott's wrath is fully awakened by poor style on the pitch. Some things just can't go unpunished.

That away Trikot is OK-ish, but there is no gold there. Without it the design looks like something Georgia would wear.
Not a big fan of the "large horizontal stripes" design with, as @DerChef mentioned, no gold. But it's a big improvement on the green jerseys, which, on top of looking poor, seem to be cursed, as I have never seen a good performance from the NT wearing them . I understand the tradition, doesn't mean I have to like the jersey.
This looks ok but not for Germany. By adding the gold, this would look incredibly overwrought; without, it makes no sense. I hope this is a fake.
Just dropped a couple hundred on stuff in the DFB Teamshop. All of the stuff looks great! Got all of the training kits + some shorts. Love the stuff! Excited to see the new stuff as well. Probably should have waited until it comes out but whatever... I'll live Edit: Forgot to mention got one of the long sleeve training shirts, love the collar. Keeps you warm and looks nice
Just read in Bild that Germany is going with an all white kit for the home jersey. No more black home shorts.
What!! The iconic black shorts is what separated Germany from every other nation... When u see black shorts, white shirts and white socks. You know your watching Germany. A superpower in football with history....., How stupid is this
