Looking at that way we always or still have a good chance of winning the cup.

Generally speaking, that's correct, but we also have to watch out for Italy. Buggers always make a run when one least expects it.

Yes thats true but its always the same teams I guess..... WC is a bit more interesting as we still have the Arg and Brasil.
Italy is one team we just should never meet....

I'm of the mindset that we should seek them out and beat them down, on the contrary.

Mark Uth with another goal and 2 assists today in Heerenveen's 4-1 victory over Heracles Almelo. Uth has now directly contributed 25 goals this season with 14 G and 11 A which currently leads the Eredivisie in combined production. For a club outside of the traditional top 3, this is quite an achievement. His individual scoring output has dropped a bit in the second half but continues to play good team based and technical football. The consistency on finishing is what needs work along with building more physical strength if he is to transition to the next level. His footwork and movement on the ball is quality however he faces obstacles when going against more physical defences. Which is why he needs to bulk up more and assert himself to those duels and challenges.

Never seen him play, but if he values his career he should better stay away from English clubs with more money than sense. I mean it's nice that he scored a goal against Heracles Almelo, but in Germany that would probably be a 2nd division team. If he really wants to leave Holland for a top league it would be best to join a team like Werder if they lose di Santo, for example.

Kramer was class today at the Allianz. Strong box to box presence throughout the match. Great run cutting through Bayern's entire midfield on he counter attack for Gladbach's second to solidify the victory.

Gomez returns again from injury and scores brace against Udinese. He's missed a lot of time this campaign but there's still some very important matches to play with Fiorentina fighting for those European spots in Serie A (currently sitting in 6th). La Viola also in the mix for Coppa Italia semi-finals, and advancing to Europa League quarter-finals.

I think Gomez just needs to focus on his club career at the moment. He's so injury prone that adding the NT workload just wouldn't be a wise move. I hope he'll be healthy enough to compete in the Euros though.

But only after the interval. Herrmann & Jantschke were class during the whole 90 minutes and are playing a superb season ... but well, Jogi Löw keeps ignoring them. Actually, I don't care ... as we'll have them rested for BMG. ;-)

As if Loew is Vincente del Bosque, maybe he will try Herrmann instead of keeping Podolski, and maybe try Jantschke too, but they need to prove more to convince Loew

Podolski has been kept around for much longer than his level of performance warrants, and Jantschke has consistently been shafted by Rüdiger for seemingly no other reason than he's from Stuttgart. Let's not act like Löw doesn't have favorites.

I guess I would like to see the following:
    ------------------------------------Neuer------------------------------
------Hoewedes---------Boateng--------Hummels---------Badstuber (Badstuber is better suited left Howedes can play RB as well
-----------------------Schweinie ---- Kroos ------------------------ (Khedira no match practice and Gundogan still needs sometime)
    Muller------------------------Oezil---------------------------Reus
    ------------------------------Goetze--------------------------------
I suppose Oezil,Muller and Goetze can all play each others position so they can really rotate around Reus as well I suppose.
    So could be
    Oezil---Muller ----Reus
    ---------Goetze---------
    or
    Goetze---Muller----Reus
    ----------Oezil
    or
    Oezil------Goetze-----Reus
    ------------MUller
    Or what ever

    Yes, I agree
Rudiger is injured now, but Loew still prefer Rudy than try new player like Jantschke, even for friendly match

Castro is still a mystery. Why is he never an option for Loew? such a fine player and a direct replacement of Lahm even he plays more at DM nowadays (occasionally at RB, like against Augsburg n some of the second halves) but so is Lahm of coz

Germany manager Joachim Löw has announced that Manuel Neuer will NOT play in the friendly against Australia. #GERAUS
Low: "Manuel Neuer will not play against Australia. He has a knee problem so we won't risk him and he will play on Sunday." #dfbteam
