How is that even possible? I mean even a walking corpse like Schweinsteiger in his last years managed to pass the medical. Personally I would like to have some Germans playing in the MLS.
Not a great amount of coverage on Kittel as he isn't a significant player, but some reports after say that the move was botched either because of the failed medical (maybe had some lingering injury), or that negotiations were taking too long so the club was walked out on getting it completed Although not a huge number overall, there does seem to be a steady presence of Germans in the MLS. Some are run of the mill or random players though, like Fabian Herbers, Florian Jungwirth, Julian Gressel and the Polish-German Kacper Przybylko But there's also guys who could compete in Europe but probably just prefer the lifestyle and/or paid better over there like Hany Mukhtar and Eduard Loewen who just made the move. Maybe Kai Wagner who drew some interest with clubs in Europe recently but those mentions have subsided

from Bild+ Jordan Torunarigha (24/contract until 2023) is reluctant to extend his contract after receiving a request from West Ham United. He actually wanted to start again in Berlin after a positive loan from Belgium. Without a starting eleven chance, this plan wobbles.
Meritan Shabani and Tsiy William Ndenge both join Grasshoppers Club Zurich Abdelhamid Sabiri completes his full transfer to Sampdoria after spending the second half of last season on loan there from Ascoli
I mean none of those 3 is playing for Germany -Ndenge as been called up by Cameroon Senior NT but wasn't used -Sabiri said in April 2022 wants to play Morocco Senior NT https://lionsdelatlas.ma/abdelhamid-sabiri-jaimerais-jouer-la-coupe-du-monde-avec-le-maroc/ -Shabani only matter of time before ends up with Kosovo.
Adrian Fein linked with Los Angeles FC in the MLS https://www.fussballtransfers.com/a6607205063475904820-klub-gefunden-fein-verlaesst-den-fc-bayern
Torunarigha career=massive waste. Always injured than last season Belgian 1st loan and now headed for perm Gent Belgian 1st transfer. its clear has no NT future at this point.
is this club demented??? Adrian Fein was on the verge of a move to Los Angeles FC and even trained there. But now the move has been stopped by Bayern, because Fein did so well at LA that he earned a new chance at Bayern and was allowed to go on the US tour. Neppe's squad planners changed their minds, which is why Fein is now traveling to the USA. Bayern wants to take another look at Fein before finally agreeing to a change. The move to LAFC is on hold for the time being. But negotiations continue. A decision will be made after the trip. [@kerry_hau] pic.twitter.com/uIWi6FQoCO— FC Bayern News (@iMiaSanMia_GER) July 18, 2022 this has been Bayern-Fein issue for years. Bayern seems reluctant to let him go perm. I wish he nixes MLS move though.

Benfica wants 15 million euros for Julian Weigl. However that is too expensive for Gladbach right now. Weigl did sit on the bench unused for Benfica's CL qualifier match yesterday vs Midtjylland https://www.fussballtransfers.com/a8105635687798299415-weigl-fuer-gladbach-zu-teuer
Adrian Fein's move to LAFC has fell apart now, although he still needs to look for a move to another club IMO he should be a 2BL or Eredivisie level player right now but needs to be fully integrated in order to be properly utilized https://www.transfermarkt.de/-bdquo...rspektive-im-bayern-training/view/news/408956
Bayern 100% screwed Fein and his dev -4 loans in 4 years to 4 different clubs, WTF. After HSV loan (his 2nd loan) should have went perm somewhere. Thats NOT how any club should dev young players. Having club stability is important. -about to bail but clubs recalls him to do preseasaon WTF -then ********ing obvious, Nagelsmann won't ever play him, which is what is being said today.....so why bring him back??? WTF like Bayern is obsessed with Fein and reluctant to let him go perm. So much nonsense. a good example at how clubs screw own players. and Fein's potential was better than a Cuisance/Roca types but now who knows has to start all over again.
Bayern have competing ideologies. They're not willing to let youth prospects get a proper chance. But they also have a super stingy mindset and are paranoid about letting some of them go early on just in case they breakthrough elsewhere and they miss out on collecting a bigger transfer fee. So this is the end result. A player that goes to excessive amount of loans and didn't get a proper chance
