Hannover have officially signed Niclas Füllkrug from FCN to a new 4-year contract until 2020. They've added quite a bit of depth already this summer, and H96 look like early favorites for the promotion battle to jump back into the first division.

Teuchert will probably take 2-3 years of development to reach a consistent higher level. The kid is still 19. He's at a good club right now though. FCN have been effective at nurturing young talents, and will look towards him as an important player for the future.

 

Volland continues his fine pre-season form and is developing good team chemistry with Chicharito and Bellarabi in the attack. In their recent friendly against TuS Koblenz, Volland bagged a brace with both assists delivered by Bellarabi. Brandt also scored their fourth goal.

I can see Volland thriving in the Leverkusen system. They have a well balance squad with players like Chicharito, Bellarabi, Brandt, Calhanoglu, Kampl, Aranguiz, etc who are all agile and can link up on attacking sequences. Öztunali won't be a starter right now but his return will give them additional depth on multiple coverage.

 

Füllkrug scores a brace on his H96 debut as they draw 3-3 against Hallescher FC.

Mitchell Weiser was against Bröndby one of the most striking players on the pitch. The 22-year-old not only assisted the goal to go ahead 1: 0 and win, but also had a good header opportunity. On the right side there were always dangerous actions and had good passing plays with Ibisevic.

Draxler says that he wants to leave Wolfsburg. Earlier rumors had him linked to Arsenal. Considering that he arrived last summer for 35 Mio, they'll most likely want at least 50 Mio for his release.

Latest update on Draxler-gate. He has to stay at Wolfsburg according to the club. There is no contract to leave in 2016, but he can leave for 75 Million in 2017.
