Jordan Older, the player turned player agent, reports that Roeske is (or recently was) on trial with Stuttgarter Kickers in the third division. Looks like he was a big freshman GK at D3 Finlandia last fall. He's not on their 2015 roster, however. http://www.fulions.com/roster.aspx?rp_id=951
Update: It wasn’t the culture shock that hit him to send him home early, but rather a ball while training with the club. With the scare of a concussion after taking a five yard shot to the face, Roeske was sent home and will be heading back in November with a new team. His agent and former overseas player, Jordan Older, claims there are already three or four teams seeking Roeske’s net services. While Roeske was there for just a week, he got a month’s worth of experience training on a team that didn’t have another American. “It was awkward the first two trainings because they’re sitting there in the locker room having fun and I was sitting there just waiting,” Roeske recalled. “They all knew English they just didn’t know how to say some things, but after the third training they started talking to me and encouraging me to have fun.” http://www.thetimesherald.com/story...arysvilles-roeske-going-pro-germany/32350283/
This March report on the team site confirms him at the club. http://csvbochum.de/index.php/zweite-verliert-20-in-tus-stockum/
Is he back with Kickers (and working on his hoops game)?
