Van Hanegem won't be too happy playing on this team.

Is van beveren the best Ditch/German keeper?

    yes he is.

van beveren is extremely underrated by most foreigners.
did not play much in national team due to arguments with cruyff.
    he had catlike reflexes
    very skillffull goalkeeper
best dutch goalie ever i also rate him above maier and kahn and other german goalies.

p.s. if van hanegem wont play due to anti german feelings he is replaced with gunther netzer

    Overath might fit there.

BTW, I am a big fan of Van Hanegem.

overath probably more consistent but both at their absolute peak then netzer was way betetr then overath.
as for van hanegem.. me to.
guy gets heavily underrated outside of holland.
because he never went to play big league competition when he was in his rpime.
but a very coplete allround player one of the best midfielders ever.
great in attack, passing and reading of teh game.
but also in defense, heading the ball, tackling, good mentality

Well Van Haegen was like Xavi Pirlo, and Netzer Overath were more like Ronaldinho/Kaka
different type and different skills and effectiveness on pitch
