DFB has rule in 3rd Liga that all teams need MIN 4 U23s who are dfb eligible in every matchday squad. Cifti was supposed to be one even if he played for Turkey YNT but dfb discovered while investigating whether he fit FCK's 4th U23 dfb eligible that he doesn't have dfb passport, LOL. FCK was fined $4000 euro instead of any pts deduction.

Ciftci is born and lived his whole life in Germany might not be German-Turk in official docs but fine to discuss players who are German by birth or dev.
