German denis has been great as of lately and la gata fernandez is also a talented player, do they deserve a call up to the NT?? what do you think?
Denis would get a shot if i was the coach! Fernandez needs a little more time just a little like maybe in december?
Neither has enough quality to succeed at the international level. Both will soon be transferred to a reasonably good European team where they will alternate. Or even worse, they'll flop. You need more than a hot streak to make it to the NT and become a lock.
Even though the two are both great players, neither are at NT level. If anything, I would like to see Cavenaghi receive a shot with the albiceleste. Still there are many other great players ahead of them (Crespo, Tevez, Saviola, Lavezzi, Milito, etc.).
If Denis proves that this is not just some freak event and that he can consistently score goals for his clubs then maybe he could get a shot since the NT is lacking #9's. Gata Fernandez no way.
