Oh well. Let's hope Klopp takes out his frustrations on Real Madrid next Saturday.

Still a pretty strong season in the EPL overall for Liverpool, and finish just 1 point off the title. They did all they could on their part and have been unbeaten in 18 consecutive matches. I believe they should have a good chance in the CL finals

Liverpool have one massive hurdle to overcome.

Since the European Cup was rechristened as the Champions League, Real Madrid have never lost the final.

Thomas Letsch's Vitesse with a dramatic 3-0 win vs Utrecht to overcome a previous leg deficit to win the overall aggreate 4-3

They advance to face AZ Alkmaar for the Conference League spot among Eredivisie participants

Terzić is the only viable option IMO, as he already has a rapport with the players.

I hope you're right. I didn't witness the 1997 CL victory, and I would really love to live to see it happening.

Thomas Letsch's Vitesse got shellacked by Alkmaar 1-6 in the 2nd leg of the Eredivisie Conference League spot playoffs and won't qualify for next season's tournament
