I'm not huge on Seb Hoeness due to him sometimes going defensive overboard. but he made history last season as 1st ever II coach to win 3rd Liga. And that was his 1st ever pro job and he only coached pro level for that 1 season before that only youth footy where he spent 3 years at Leipzig. Also won 3rd Liga manager of last season. this season in 1BL for Hoffenheim, 3 wins in 3 games including beating Bayern and now 1st place in 1BL table after 2 matchdays. Perhaps they were all too polite in this battle, match ended up in a 1-1 draw. Dropped points may end up costing PSV in the title race, although in the course of a season it's inevitable.
It's kind of interesting seeing the rise and fall of David Wagner. From starting off as a youth and reserves coach in the Buli system, to then helping Huddersfield gain promotion into the EPL and last a season before getting relegated and sacked. And then sacked again in his first Buli gig at Schalke. Perhaps he overachieved a bit in Huddersfield leading a bunch of scrappy players into the first division, but ultimately they were a low budget group and lasting in the EPL isn't easy. Wonder what's next. I guess probably take a break, and then sometime take a job in 2BL or somewhere else in Europe at a lower competitive level.
Well, the teacher taught the pupil a lesson as Heracles was playing far better than PSV. Heracles should have won.
Klopp's Liverpool with their 3rd victory of the season after today's easy win over Arsenal 📊 Liverpool have scored 400 PL goals since Jurgen Klopp became manager in October 2015Diogo Jota is the 33rd different player to score a PL goal for @LFC under Klopp pic.twitter.com/YYLj4ftzyp— Sky Sports Statto (@SkySportsStatto) September 28, 2020 Dominant performance by Liverpool. Mane incredible. Lots of other top performers. The best Liverpool display of 2020. Klopp has turned this squad into a well oiled machine. Jota added to this front three is scary. The champions march on with Arsenal and Chelsea already played.— DaveOCKOP (@DaveOCKOP) September 28, 2020

Liverpool are easily the best team in the EPL this season imo, mainly because a) they've added Thiago and b)their defence is much better then City's. Maybe Ruben Dias will help, but City's falability to the counter attack will cost them points. Liverpool are much better balanced as a unit. I expect another German coach title treble this season in EPL, BL and Ligue 1.
German coaches in the CL this season: Flick at Bayern Klopp at Liverpool Tuchel at PSG Nagelsmann at Leipzig Potentially interesting storyline in the group stages with Tuchel vs Nagelsmann

Letsch's Vitesse won 3-0 vs Wormuth's Heracles. Third win of the season for Vitesse as they hang around among the top few spots in the Eredivisie after 4 match days
Schmidt's PSV won 2-0 vs Fortuna Sittard. They're currently tied for top spot in the Eredivisie table with 10 points along with Feyenoord and Heerenveen after 4 match days. Ajax lost today and dropped points.
My Liverpool's fans friend said that Liverpool will reclaim the treble from Bayern this season. Well well, he need to worry with Aston Villa first Is it just me or the EPL fans is really unbearable. I mean also know lots of Barca / Real fans, and not to mention most of my school friends are fans of Italian club. Banter is expected but in terms of you know the so called delusion level, I think EPL fans really take the cakes.
damn Klopp getting trashed 7-2 by a club who were recently in Championship and almost got relegated last season. hope he doesn't get fired.....
Klopp won't get sacked just because of this but it's a good slap in the face wake up call. Sure clubs like Man United, City, and even Chelsea have been underachieving so far. But the EPL won't be an easy league to win again. A bunch of clubs who are usually midtable like Everton will make things difficult, and I think Tottenham and Arsenal will be hungry and want to pounce on this opportunity as much as possible.
