    Well, the Democrats that voted to keep him based on procedure don't have a leg to stand on anymore. The question is, would there be enough Republicans to vote to remove him? He is in a strongly Democratic district and would likely be replaced by a Democrat in the special election that would be held..

    If they continue to segregate, they'll always be treated differently than, say, Protestants, which include all races and dgaf what your mom or dad was.

    It's both a culture and a religion. People of any different background can convert to Judaism, but they don't have to be Jewish by culture. And just like any religion, there are people who are culturally of that background without practicing the religion.

    I used to work for an Israeli company and some guys came over and we went to lunch. One guy ordered a bacon cheeseburger. Apparently, religious leaders in Israel tried to get McDonalds to stop selling cheeseburgers, bacon burgers, etc. But there are more people who wanted to eat that stuff (or didn't care if anyone else did) than those who were offended by their presence.
