Ok, here's the plan. We get Paysee on a plane to Madrid and have her become Ronaldo's mistress. Have her hob the knob for him and save some of the man juice. She brings it back to the States while we get someone to kidnap Mia. Then you put Ronaldo's boys in a turkey baster, knock out Mia with Chloroform, knock her up with said Turkey Baster, and voila! She'll think she's getting a kid from Noma's loins, Ronaldo gets a hummer from VP, and we get a World Cup. Everyone has a good time and goes home happy.

If they were born in the US, they'd be US citizens. But, I think they could also have German citizenship.
