Good point about the injuries and how they have weighed negatively on our season. Whoever is coaching and playing for us next season and beyond, resolving our chronic injury problems would already make a significant difference to our fortunes.
Sounds like Zaniolo will be out for another month. His knee has recovered well, but that leg has about 10% less muscle now compared to the other. Hopefully that ends any hope for the Euro’s and he can just focus on next season. The World Cup is only a year and a half out.

I agree completely the organizational structure was a mess and JP was too detached. I don't want an owner that is involved in the day to day operations but you need an owner that is going to be the final arbiter and we never had that. Just listened to this. Good to hear Richard sum up similar thoughts over the past 2 years. Real lack of passion in Fonseca's era going as far back as the Sevilla game the writing was looking to be on the wall. Team lost too many leaders in a short space of time and with it its soul. Totti De Rossi Ninja, Strootman. No leaders on the pitch or the sideline and it showed. Jose can bring back the fighting spirit and that potential is something I can get excited about after a very flat 2 years. I think you really missed out on exploring his story though. I mean how did you not get more details from how he went to going to Italy to watch the world cup to getting into commentary. Did he leave Italy in between that time, work odd jobs to scrape by, how did he get his big break? Fans especially people not from Rome are interested in such stories as they see how someone carved their own path. Instead you seemed to want to push him to make a comic book. It was nice to hear Richard speaking about Roma once again. I have a lot on great Roma memories when he was commentating Roma games. I missed his insight, voice and passion for Roma.
