Boy, was that painful to watch today. Really missed Diawara in the back and--dare I say--even Heinze.

Niang looked like he just didn't care: so sad to see that he wants to force a move to Turkey, out of all places. It would be one thing if he was going to the Prem or La Liga but Besiktas...come on (no offense to Besiktas fans).

    MetroChile not happy.

I applaud the effort at the end but...that's pretty much all the team can be commanded for: we were awful today.

Ok I have to break the silence. L'OM was drawn into Group F. Chelsea, MSK Zilina, & Spartak Moscow. I do love Chelsea. I do like L'OM. It will be hard for me to watch this match. W/ all of the turmoil going on @ Stade Velodrome, can L'OM make it out of the Group Phase??? I think L'OM will be up against it. Discuss!!!

They should make it out of the group. They are better than Spartak Moscow.

Hopefully if Remy and Gignac can get integrated well into the group, we will have a better coordinated side going into the Champions League. I don't know anything about Spartak Moscow, so I'm not going to assume that we can clinch the #2 position in the group. It all depends on how well OM can come together this next few weeks.

Also, I hope that Cheyrou stays and plays more, always been a fan of his.

Wasn't Brandao the one that messed up the victory on Sat??? He fouled a player when a goal was scored & the goal was taken away??? Yeah, I had high hopes for him. Now, I wish he goes back to Donesk, Brazil, or wherever he wants. Just leave L'OM

I agree. Brandao has been total shit and I used to defend him when he first arrived at L'OM but I'm definitely thinking that he's not good enough. Also, I know the guy is young but Azpiliecueta has been real rough so far, I know that the upside for him is tremendous but so far, I'm not very impressed. Which brings me to Lucho. The guy is not what he was at Porto and it appears he never will be. Tough to watch today.

I actually thought that Valbuena looked great today and I'm not usually a big supporter of the little guy. Still not sure how he starts for France but that's another topic for another board.

In Shakhtyor Brandau played even worse. He even gave nicknames Tree and Brandaun:D
In Russian newspapers wrote that the transfer of Marseille players involved Kyrill son of Marguerite, who for 14 years. Is this true?

Never heard of that. But I'm not going to spite on Brandao, he was crucial the last two years. He has his own limits that will all know, that's unfortunate but Gignac is still fat and Remy injured.
Again, Lucho choked. That was an easy goal and he missed the target. But I'm not going to say he's not the player he was in Porto since, obvisouly, he's still a beast and our main weapon. Just that he chokes when it comes to the big time.

And I miss Bonnart. Azpi will surely be a good player in the future but he's not ready.
