The Swedish coach needs to be sacked immediately. It's one of their most talented groups for quite some time and he has them in last place. Beyond ridiculous! On another note I guess noone at the Luxemburg FA can blame Madjo for trying his luck with England. They were even worse than I thought today! No need for a young striker like him to commit to them before at least after u21s level.
Jdt was very naive tactically at Blackburn at times. He got us to a quarter final fa cup though and nearly got us into the play offs
Yeah but even there the selections are odd. I mean I know Bergvall wasn’t great last night to be fair but the previous two games Thomasson would rather play a guy from the Swedish domestic league above him and others that play abroad. Even last night Ken Sema played ahead of Svensson who plays for Dortmund and Elanga didn’t even get off the bench but to be fair the system probably wasn’t set up for him. Playing Gyokeres and Isak as a front two just makes the midfielders get over run which is exactly what happened last night.
Swedes in general are very different from us when it comes to sport. It’s not driving their lives like it does for many of us so a vast majority would probably just shrug their shoulders and carry on regardless and still enjoy their weekends. Just had a quick look online and it appears the fans want JDT gone but the players like him.
Israel would have to win in Italy on Tuesday for there to even be a chance of that. Even if they did, Italy should get the points they need from Estonia and Moldova.
Sweden have a shot of getting into the playoffs even not being in the Top 2 as a their won their group is the third tier of the Nations League last year. Israel and Italy don’t realistically so whoever finishes third will be gone, Norway won their group in Tier 2 so very likely will.
Norway finally get their shit together, they will be a dangerous opponent for anyone at at moment. Odegaard isn’t even playing and demolishing Israel ( ok not a stellar opponent) but still will be a test for anyone I think.

They haven’t really beaten anyone that you’d say was as a massive shock, they should be beating Greece and Belarus at home, given they really don’t play any other team sports.
It’s funny how for years now they’ve moaned about biased commentary towards England on the BBC etc, yet their last two games have been like listening to Sky Fanzone.
