    Letargic spain as always
Arrogant european as always. Its super arrogant to say "we are the 2 best selecciones at the WC" when there are 6 NT still playing:speechless:

We didnt even said that in 22 when we were obviously the best.

We shall see how all these talking goes

Remember the European media put us at 6th fav below France, Spain, Brazil, Portugal, Germany and England. Half of those teams arent even there anymore. Some even puts Netherlands above Argentina.

Portugal couldnt beat Congo and Colombia but those clowns still rates them above Argentina. When CV tied Spain, nobody thinks Spain is in trouble. Argentina beat CV but everybody thinks its a disaster cause we beat them narrowly.:whistling:

It is going to be really hot and humid. Hopefully it doesn't affect the Vikings as much.....

Jayden Adams the South African midfielder also died today. Aged 25 just 13 days after playing against Canada in the round of 32. RIP.

Campaz from Colombia was also getting death threats. From my understanding, he hasn’t gone back to Colombia. We all know about the tragedy in 94.

Apparently he was depressed about the passing of his grandmother during the World Cup. Not to speculate too much but it's always sad to hear about players battling something so difficult and not get help.

You know the crazy thing is that Norway and England played last Sunday, and they got basically 6 days off. We just played Tuesday… Having two additional or even a day and a half can make a world of difference.

That is very sad indeed. Makes it even worse. God knows what the parents must be feeling too. :(

As far as I know Amundsen who later perished on another Arctic expedition (there is a great biopic film of him perhaps not perfect in all details but engrossing all the same) was very upset by the deaths of R.F.Scott and his team.

They were all very brave men with very little of the modern equipment or communications or weather warnings available today but what they thought was the best they had to hand at the time. Shackleton is another of those types. I can't imagine rowing a boat in the Southern Ocean to get to an island like South Georgia on dead reckoning alone to get help.

Don't know if you have ever watched the drama The Last Place on Earth, it's never been repeated but is available on You Tube, excellent drama about the race to the South Pole. Shackleton died of a heart attack, aged 47, after all that. Anyway, going off topic, come on Norway.

Can anyone explain to me why Norway starts Sorloth at RW when they have much better playmaker/dribblers on the bench like Bobb and Nusa?

The game changed when Bobb came in last time.

Sorloth just missed a pass badly that could have sent Haaland through on goal.

I don't get it either personally unless the idea is just to keep it close til 2nd half like they did against Brazil

Norway turning the ball over too much in dangerous spots. They must be watching De Paul...

Not just Norway playing like shit.. poor form from the Norweigan fans doing the rowing too :ROFLMAO:

I swear they’re all doing it at random, uncoordinated paces and directions with cheesy smiles on their faces. Looks like the tiktok hype has destroyed their “thing” with a bunch of infiltrators suffering from FOMO

Either way it was cool at first, but at this point try something new

I think so as well but when Norway push just a smudge, England are in trouble.
