Well the cheap airfare finally appeared and I just bought in. I'm flying up Saturday morning on July 12th into Providence, then back out in the wee hours of the morning on Tuesday, July 15th. Now I just need to rent me some wheels and find a friendly - and cheap - hotel. I guess something with MBTA access on Saturday/Sunday if other folks are going to be around. I think I'll get something close to TF Greene for Monday night - probably with an airport shuttle. Anyone else doing the Saturday/Monday Gold Cup games? McNabb?
Yep. Haven't booked it yet, but I'm going (likely the same times -- Saturday morning to Tuesday early morning). Between USAirways and SWA, there's always a cheap one into Providence (or Manchester or Hartford/Springfield, if necessary) from here. Right now a 12th-to-15th r/t is going for $106.50 on SWA from BWI to PVD.
