Gaucci's latest lawsuit This one actually could be interesting. He's suing to reinstate Perugia in Serie A on the basis that some other teams did not meet the league's financial requirements for entry into the league. Frankly, I'd LIKE to see the league scramble to come up with a defense of its convoluted system of loopholes and favors to the big clubs. http://www.channel4.com/sport/football_italia/jun26j.html
Re: Gaucci's latest lawsuit Oh, no, I don't think he'll WIN the case. But I do like the idea of some of the league's yoga-like contortions being questioned in a public forum. You have to admit, Gaucci has big ones.
Re: Gaucci's latest lawsuit Gaucci is just crazy, no big ones involved. I just don't want him delaying the league again, but you know I loathe his club so if it hurts them even further - great.
I've renamed this thread from Gaucci's latest lawsuit to Gaucci's latest stunt, which seems more appropriate. Anyway, here's the latest: http://www.channel4.com/sport/football_italia/jun30i.html Of course, if he buys Napoli, that leaves him owning two clubs in Serie B (assuming his lawsuit to get Perugia back into A fails) which isn't allowed. So he may sell Perugia to Gheddafi, jr. That would explain a lot.
