Well I am sure MLS has their reasons. One might be to give Ottawa, Portland or St Louis a little more time to solidfy things. Maybe they aren't sold on Vancouver or something. I am sure they want to announce 2 teams at the same time.
Considering one is starting in 2010, and the other in 2011, I dont think both will be announced at the same time
Even with 2 starting in 2011, I don't think MLS would want to announce at the same time. Why not get two weeks of press coverage instead of just one.
