If Landon feels he can play, I'd still prefer to limit him to a last 30 minute sub. Just to manage his injury. Hopefully we take a lot of shots on goal because Toronto's #2 keeper might struggle in his start.

I have a feeling Lando is going to play. he sounds well, and in one of the pics it was him in training on the field over there. I'm betting he starts, then ruud subs him out at half time when we have at least 3 goals.... BTW he says he is going to spain, so that imo says that he is ready for this game and the spain game. Otherwise he wouldn't be going to spain at all if it were something really serious.... It would be stupid to play with 10 men the whole game by choice. Will X stand on the side and watch? Because it's common knowledge that he doesn't play on artificial turf. Hard to take anything you say seriously when you make a blunder like this.
I'm betting Donovan does not play. There were videos of him doing light work with the men's national team last week too and he didn't suit up. It's one thing to do the light workout depicted in the pictures and another thing to really train and be ready to play. Plus, the fact that he's going to Spain right after doesn't signify a whole lot, IMO. He was going back no matter what. Don't forget, he hopped on a plane after the initial injury as well. Plus, with that turf...if you listen to the audio up at the blog, I'd be willing to bet he doesn't want to risk making anything worse by playing on that crap field. Course, watch him start and play the full 90. I'm really looking forward to this game, though. I'm anxious to see our lineup. I think the guys really, really want to prove they can play without the "big 2" and I think they can...especially against a weakened team like Toronto is at the moment. I can see Ruiz and Buddle both getting on the scoreboard. We win 2-1.

our line up is practically a 3-5-2 My expectation is that Pires, Franchino and McDonald will all play centrally with Randolph and Klein trying to provide width. I like the 11 based upon who is available.
