is one of the sides going to have two decks of seats. that is the way i thought is was to be from all the drawings and plans that i saw. but from the videos i dont see any effort to have more then one deck all the way around
There'll be an upper deck on the side opposite the luxury boxes. They've yet to start work on the upper deck itself, but all the supporting columns are in place.
