Hagi is not a manager to take clubs out of crisis. If you look at his record he always takes the job at the worst possible time. Teams in free fall etc. His other big failing is he doesn't know a good defender. You have to build from the back, not the front. Teams built from the front will never succeed. Need a clear out of the dead wood, Baros and Kewell, too much wages and not enough desire.
