This isn't as easy as it sounds. When I was 2, I had a really bad accident. The whole left side of my body was paralyzed. I don't remember exactly how long I was paralyzed, but because of that, my whole life my right side has been significantly stronger than my left side (and it's obvious if you look, especially my biceps and calves). At about age 15, I joined a gym and had a personal trainer 3 times a week. That helped a little, but my right side was always faster to develop than my left. I continued working out throughout high school. I started college in '01, but just started working out again in January. So any suggestions? I honestly don't remember what the doctors said about how this would effect the muscle development on my left side. I know this is a shot in the dark, but has anyone had a similar experience, or know someone who was temporarily parlyzed and if they were able to gain enough strength so both sides of the body would be similar?

    Thanks.
