Gillette Stadium Gold Cup/MLS Triple-header: Special Ticket Offer -
Discount Tickets for July 12th, 2003

Thanks to an agreement with the New England Revolution, the Midnight Riders are pleased to offer discounted tickets to the CONCACAF Gold Cup/MLS triple-header taking place at Gillette Stadium (Foxboro, MA) on Saturday, July 12, 2003. Tickets are just $20 each (not including a $1.00 handling fee per order) and will get you in to see all three scheduled games featuring:

Canada vs. Costa Rica: Gold Cup - 1st Round, 1:00 pm
Revolution vs. Metrostars: MLS Match, 4:00 pm
USA vs. El Salvador: Gold Cup - 1st Round, 6:30 pm

This is nearly a 50% savings over TicketMaster.

Please note that these particular tickets are for Category III seating only. Category III seats are designated as general admission and do not have assigned seats within their particular sections. For a seating chart (Category III sections being highlighted in blue), please refer to the Gillette Stadium seating plan available here: http://www.revolutionsoccer.net/images/stadium_info/2003_seatingmap.gif

Please be sure to read the terms and conditions at the Riders site before placing your order:
    http://www.midnightriders.com/Tickets/Terms.htm

Also, this is a single admission event, so bear in mind you will not be allowed to exit and re-enter the stadium once you leave.

As per usual, American supporters groups (Sam’s Army**, USA Supporters, etc.) will be located in Section 143 at Gillette Stadium, aka “The Fort.” Your Category III ticket will be good for this section. Please note, as of this year, the Revolution have officially designated The Fort as a “Standing Section” where “Cheering” is encouraged for all MLS matches, the Riders also having been told by club staff that the policy for this section will remain in effect for all U.S. National Team matches as well. (See sign here: http://midnightriders.com/Images/Graphics/Fort_Sign.jpg)

** Please read the Sams-Army guidelines (http://www.sams-army.com/index.php?Mlist=guidelines) to see if you should be buying tickets in this location**.

As always, if planning on taking the game in from the U.S. supporters section, show your support and wear RED!

Payments for tickets must be received by Monday July 5, 2003. No orders will be processed without payment. Only checks or money orders will be accepted. Payment should be made out to 'The Midnight Riders'. No money will be collected at the game whatsoever. Tickets may me purchased by anyone, regardless of affiliation with the Midnight Riders. All sales are final. Note that this is the end of the 4th of July weekend and mail might be delayed. Be sure to send your payment in early! Place your order for tickets here: http://www.midnightriders.com/Tickets/Order_form.htm

Tailgate and other event information, including details for a pre-match supporters party on Friday, July 11th is available courtesy of the Sam’s Army website at: http://www.sams-army.com/index.php?Mlist=event&Mid=38.

Gillette Stadium parking lots open three hours prior to kick-off, opening at 10:00AM the day of this event.

Can you buy tickets to The Fort the day of the game?

That's a good question. Unfortunately I don't have an answer. But understand that anyone holding a GA ticket can be admitted to The Fort, so effectively the seating policy is squater's rights.

When does SA plan on entering the stadium? Will they be there for CR-CAN, or just the USA and MLS games?

That's a good question. Remember that seating in The Fort/SA Section truly is general admission this time, so in order to secure our seats we may need to be in there early... but how early?

Might have to see if there's some way we can "secure" the section or at least a good part of it, unless there's some other option we could explore.
