With the purpose of promoting, massively and find new talent for the football team, the Salvadoran Football Federation open tomorrow the first National Futsal Tournament, 4:00 pm, at the National Institute for Youth (Injuve) in San Miguel. At the event were invited to the University authorities Gerardo Barrios, director and executive Injuve FESFUT Committee. In previous days, the Department of Planning and Development FESFUT, has been in training sessions for representatives of the teams which have touched issues of organization, regulation and competition, among other issues, related to the launch of the tournament national. During the tournament will involve 12 teams, divided into three groups: East, Central and West. The opening game will be between November 13 teams San Miguel and La Union, at 4:00 pm, and completed 14, 15 and 16 November. What a tough game for El Salvador and very heartbreaking. El Salvador was very unlucky in their group stage results only losing first place because the US scored an extra goal. Thanks to this the US had to play the Dominican Republic for a spot at the World Cup instead of Guatemala, who had home field advantage. The United States was very lucky and finishing in first place usually gives you a favourable quarter-final opponent.
