Madrid lucky Pauligoat not starting. Barca looking terrible at the moment. Neymar decision looking better and better everyday.
How are these pots determined again? Coefficients and league champs? With the way UEFA loves to rig things, they needed to have PSG and Barca in the same group.
Neymar gonna destroy Celtic again. I see Spurs going out in the first round again. Other than that, it should be a good showing from the EPL this year.
My predictions: Group A: Man Utd, Benfica Group B: PSG, Bayern Group C: Chelsea, Atletico Group D: Juve, Barca Group E: Liverpool, Sevilla Group F: Man City, Napoli Group G: Monaco, Besiktas Group H: Real, Spurs
Dembele forced this move, unfortunately. Better to sell than keep a distraction around like that. Hopfully we can secure a replacement before the window ends. Why? Dortmund's a proven commodity in Europe, Poch's Spurs haven't done anything to show that they're frankly on the same level.
Dembele's exit, uncertainty around Reus and your coach. I just happen to like Spur's squad more than Dortmund's, even though your point is a valid one. Harry Kane will finally break out on the international club scene.
Dembele's insanely talented, but he's also fairly raw. He's not necessrily irreplacaeable, IMO. Assuming we have a replacement in mind, I think between giving more touches to and facilitating the further growth of Pulisic, the replacement, and Reus coming back, we can make it work. I really like Gelson Martins as an Ousmane replacement and I heard he had a release clause of 60mil somewhere. It wouldn't help us in the CL unfortunately, being cap-tied, but t would help in the BL
Spurs have Alli missing for the first three games and they are playing there home games at wembley which hasn't been kind to them. Most likely they lose home and away to Madrid. Split the games with Dortmund. Apoel is the key. They need to win both games.
Another thing is that BVB have a pretty good record against Madrid since 2012. Dortmund has a higher chance of taking points off Madrid than Tottenham IMO.
I'd agree if no replacement transfer happens. Which would be idiotic. But let's not forget that Dortmund won the group last year against Real. I doubt that the team is just going to completely shatter.
