Chris Leitch who wasn't good enough for us, aparently, is playing in the Open Cup final...
Leitch looks decent because he plays next to Pope and Jolley. It's just about common knowledge that he's one of the weak links in the Metro lineup right now. His is a spot that will likely be upgraded in the offseason, and at that point, if his price tag is reasonable, he'll become a defensive sub- the same thing he was with you all.
Too bad you couldn't switch that avitar to a trophy, eh?
I see nothing funny as professional sports is littered with examples of players not fitting in with one team apparently fitting in on an allegedly more successful team. It happens frequently.
No kidding. I figure I'm 24 right now, so even if there's a Red Sox-esque curse on the Metros, I should be alive to see it broken (though, by that time, I may be old enough for Pedro Martinez to attack me!)
