Palace and Fulham are not even mentioned in my last relegation battles list. And while Forest is there, I don't expect them to go down because I have watched enough of Luton.
Big deal if Muniz can keep his form and isn't just a flash in the pan. Also a huge unlikely. That being said, Mitrovic sale will hit FFP this summer for them, so I expect them to have some cash to throw around. I know everyone seems to think A-Rob is gone, but Khan is not a poor man. He will spend as he is allowed to make sure they stay at a top flight level. He's not like Al-Fayed in stating his ambitions, BUT he has them to be sure.
Should change the club name from Fulhamerica to Fulbrazil. Last game they started a single American but THREE Brazilians.
That's been their standard line-up for a while - Fulham attack best with Andras, Wiliam and Muniz on the field. It's fun to see that much Brazilian flair in the Prem. I don't expect Wiliam to stay at this level, but sincerely hope Muniz is just unlocking his skills and we get a few more years of excellent output from him before Spurs buy him. I also note that Jedi fits well into this Brazilian Flair attack (as does Iwobi). Jedi and Wiliam combine so well on the left - and everyone knows what is coming but no team can stop it. That's how good Jedi is. And ultimately why I think he will be moving on from the club. Maybe not this year - his new contract is a long one so he will be expensive, but left backs with his attacking skill and defensive ability are very few. I think he would fit into a CL Final 8 level team. And so he will likely wind up on such a team one day soon(ish). Replacing him will be hard.
Been safe for a while. We could realistically drop one place in the table. I guess we could get as high as 9th, with 10th (two spots up) actually obtainable. I think it's cool to finish top half - can't recall the last time Fulham did that two seasons in a row. But really, we are playing for nothing right now. And while the Europa Finals team was probably the best ever, this Ream-Robinson team over the past two seasons is one of the best in club history. And 10th is the top outcome. Sigh.
Looks like Ream is at RCB which is something I haven’t seen him play. Last times Bassey and Ream were paired, Bassey was the left footer that got stuck at RCB
What a weird year for him. Something of a renaissance followed by getting injured and ultimately losing his place, to mostly it seems Issa Diop. Diop was at one point a very highly rated prospect who had a few rough years, so not the worst up and coming guy to lose out too. It seems like this next year he's back to where he was last summer: on the cusp on leaving, maybe a nice depth piece. Time and football are cruel.
Ream lost his place to Bassey, a fine up and coming young left footed CB. Anytime he could, Silva lined up a right footer at RCB and left footer at LCB. Earlier there were injuries placing Bassey at RCB and Ream at LCB. They switched things up for last match due to Diop suspended and Toisin moving on somewhere else.

He surely will. At £1.8 million a season he doesn't cost that much and even signing someone on a free will require agent's fees and a signing-on fee. Even as 3rd-choice he still offers a lot in terms of bang for the buck, plus there's his undoubted leadership qualities in the dressing room.
I also wouldn’t be shocked if Fulham signed him for the year, but with the understanding that he could leave in a free for MLS in the winter transfer window. That gives both sides a low commitment option.
Five years from now we're going to be posting how Ream is still on the Fulham bench and no one understands how except they like him too much to tell him to go home.
You sure about that? I mean, Ream's 37 in October but I'd imagine his knees are a decade older On a more serious note, if he's going to move to MLS, it has to be now or at Xmas. Otherwise he's just popping in for a cup of coffee before hanging up his boots and something tells me that's not Tim's style. Completing 10 seasons at Fulham and qualifying for a testimonial (if they still do those) is, as is donating the money to charity.
Heading to MLS? #CharlotteFC are closing in on the signing of USMNT and #Fulham defender Tim Ream. ⚫⚪#FFC #Transfers #TransferNews https://t.co/SyOhSy2z09— FulhamFanNews (@FulhamTransfer) June 4, 2024
Happy for Tim to do whatever he wants to do. Im super proud of him and his career. MLS move probably hastens the end of his national team career.
Completely agree with the first part but the possibility of him still playing in 2026 when he'd be pushing 39 was already . . . remote. A prudent MNT coach will have seen this summer as Tim's last hurrah and planned around bringing others through over the next 18 months. Tim would've been backup in that scenario
