For me, Kevin kicks Saka's knee, and follows thru to get a sliver of the ball. I don't know if that means it's not a foul or not, but that's what happened. Contact with the knee, then contact with the ball.
Knee on thigh contact comes before Kevin makes a touch on the ball, and he cleans out Saka despite Saka never losing possession. That’s 100% a foul, and certainly not something that should be overturned.
