I agree it's not the coach, we just don't have the talent across the board

A good can definitely make a difference. Uruguay has better talent and should win against Mexico, but not 3-0 and Mexico really was never in the game. Tata has to go, should have been gone a year ago. He is not a terrible coach, but he is a basic, middle of the road guy tactically, stubborn coach and below average motivator. You can notice guys don't enjoy playing for him.

Just remember, a year ago basically this same Uruguay roster was on the ropes under Tabarez.

Agreed, so sometimes a change in the formation or an incorporating a couple of new players makes a big difference. This Mexico team has nothing going for it, not tactically, not structurely, nothing to make you think anything will change. Most of our top players are out of form, like Jimenez, Lozano injured, Corona inconsistent, Herrera getting back into form after his last injury, Lainez not playing, Flores unproven, Ochoa past his prime, Araujo mostly terrible with the bational team... etc... We need a new set of eyes, players have tuned out Tata.

Tata isn’t working and hasn’t been working for a while now. He shouldn’t continue as the Mexican manager.

Not sure who is available that can jump right in and right the ship.

It’s a WC year and I’m not sure if there is a manager out there that is able to jump in and fix the issues of the team. We might have to ride it out with Tata until after the WC lol

If I have to pick a manager to replace Tata right now, it might have to be Piojo Herrera lol but dude punched out Martinoli at an airport. Not sure he is black listed to manage Mexico again lol

But like him or not, he is a solid motivator and player’s coach. That’s probably needed right now.

Tata will crash and burn in the World Cup.

    Tata needs to GTFO now.

I gotta give it to Tata that he at least switched up to a 5-2-3. I’ll give him one on that.

maybe it’s time to switch back to Chepo ball and go 4-4-2.

I don't care about other teams. I only care about our team.

Not every team will crash and burn. Some will and others will have a respectable showing. I'd hope for the latter but I highly dought it will Tara as DT.

I was just going to post this.

No matter how close we are to the WC, how can you keep a coach that doesn’t believe in the team?

Hope the directivos see this and do what needs to be done.

For the love of God, the problem is not the coach it is the FMF, and the idiotic fans that keep going to the stadiums only making the FMF richer!!!!!

Tata is just a puppet like any other wey controlled by the upper hierarchy.

I think it’s pretty stupid to think a different coach wouldn’t make a difference. This is one of the worst Mexico teams I’ve seen, probably worse than Sven’s. People acting like it’s fundamental difference of quality like we haven’t beaten or had even matches with Uruguay before, get the ******** out of here with that

The team is in a rut. Everyone right now is not at a good level, confidence is low and you mix that in with a coach that has essentially thrown the towel it's a recipe for the team to crash and burn in the group stage.

The problem is definitely the coach. How the fack can people not understand that the coach can make a huge fukn difference. Have y'all never played a team sport?

Yes, we are not world beaters...but we can and probably should be able to compete with most of the top teams in the world. In WQC we were struggling to score gols and playing ugly. Tata is definitely a big part of the problem.
