Is there a way to influence Fox Sports World's choice of leagues? I was hoping to get them to show Serie A matches somehow. They used to a few years back. What happened?

Guess they decided to spend their limited $$$ on La Liga instead.

Write to them, I'm sure if enough people write in they'll take action.

I actually like La Liga if they would actually show some decent matches (ie. - Real Madridl, Barcelona, etc.). What's up with not showing these teams? Some kind of contract thing?

There is no way you can influence FSW. FSW doesn't have Serie A (English) rights in the U.S. for this season, Goltv does. Goltv is supposed to be included on Dish Latino in February, but I am not holding my breath.

If you can't wait, get C-band and 4DTV.

As a teaser, check out the Goltv schedule here.

Or just get RAI International on Dish network.

    i feel for you man.

channel 4 stopped showing serie A live after 10 years in 2001 and scince then coverage has been ************.

Now we get 2 matches a week on eurosport(started this sunday) because of the amount of people that rang them up, sent e-mails and wrote letter to them.

people pressure does work, hopefully they will broadcast it again.

ESPN owns the television rights to 3 liga games a week so that is why you don't see the big boys on Fox. But for those of us who support the minnows like Real Betis Balompie we finally get to see liga matches after a 3 years lapse on Fox.

    viva er eurobeti manque lopera!

On regular ESPN or ESPN Latin America?

That's really cool that you get to watch your team...I know how depressing it can be to watch other teams all the time.

ESPN International. The same two games on ESPN Latin America are also televised on ESPN Asia, usually it means Real and Barca.

However, the way Barca is playing. I don't understand why people complain about FSW's choice of games. Isn't the Real Betis x Deportivo game (the #4 and #5 teams) last week a much more desirable matchup than Atletico Madrid's thrashing of Barca?
