Big kudos to FSW. I find it amazing that any channel - even a soccer-oriented channel like FSW that works in partnership with MLS & SUM - would respond to popular demand and rearrange its programming to reair this game. Maybe I shouldn't be amazed, but I am. And quite happy about it. My only query: I wonder if they'll just run the Galaxy radio feed over the video or if they'll have FSW regulars describe the game as if they don't know the outcome. Will be interesting.
spanish? Maybe they'll air it in Spanish...Maybe with one of those really crappy translators that sound like they're so bored and would rather be anywhere else. That would be fun, huh?
I have watched a game in the past where Max Bretos was calling a game that he knew the outcome for and he was brilliant. I suppose you have to like Bretos, Which I do. Even if you don't he still called the game with the proper excitement. It would be 200 times better than listening to that jackass Rick Davis like I had to Sat. night.
FSW Rocks. Max Bretos, Sean Wheelock, Harksie and Hopkins - the whole gang. They do a dang good job without an ESPN budget. Anyone who complains about FSW would complain about his free beer delivered by a topless waitress coming in a can instead of a bottle. I don't mind the can.
Re: spanish? I would hope they show it on Fox Sports en Espa~ol, but that's a long shot..I think they have baseball or something like that
I seem to have problem finding out info about this rebroadcast from the MLSNET site. Can some one tell me when and where will this be rebroadcasted? Thanks.
Check out: http://www.foxsportsla.com/world/pdf/fsw46.pdf It appears to be on this Friday at 3:30 PST on FSW (prior to the Chicago vs NE game). Awesome!
Since FSW is so great why dont they allow the game time to be bumped down an extra half hour so the game can start here in Chicago at 8 PM instead of 7:30 so the traffic can clear and people dont have to be coming to the game at halftime!! Brilliant
