FSW will show 9 Crew games this year. 6 of those games will be Crew home games. :( 3 away games. Although it's nice for them to come to Columbus and broadcast games from our SSS, it sure would be nice for them to pick up more away games. I already have the home games coverered live......by me. I need the away games. Especially the away games in California. I heard that there is no way that local stations will send crews to televise those games. And the Crew has four games out there.

Sat. May 10 Colorado at Columbus 7:30 FSW
Sat. May 24 New England at Columbus 7:30 FSW
Sat. June 7 San Jose at Columbus 7:30 FSW
Sat. June 14 Columbus at D.C. United 7:30 FSW
Sat. July 5 Dallas at Columbus 7:30 FSW
Sat. July 19 Kansas City at Columbus 7:30 FSW
Sat. September 13 Dallas at Columbus 7:30 FSW
Sat. September 20 Columbus at MetroStars 7:30 FSW
Sat. September 27 Columbus at New England 7:30 FSW (TD)

    hot ************!

    this is beyond cool...

of course, they won't broadcast california games because LA's home games end too late (for TV), and San Jose's attendance and stadium isn't worth televising.

(although it'll probably be FSW announcing in LA, but the point still stands.)

The agreement will also extend the broadcasts to Fox affiliated networks in Latin America and the Middle East. (meaning we can hang a banner "SADDAM IS A TWAT") and it'll be broadcast in the middle east.. ;)

They'll have Christian Miles on-site with post-game and halftime reports, but the PbP will be done in a studio.

Beat me to it. I really can't complain. I'd much rather sit in my apartment and tip back a few watching our Crew Boys whup on some other team than trek to Naperville to watch the F*re lose to anyone else. I can get my fix, finally.
