Arshavin's girlfriend apparently thinks Londoners are scruffy and dirty and the food is disgusting ( this may be the start of a very fractious time in North London - remember Reyes?

I heard Adebayor picked up an injury, could see Arshavin getting big minutes soon.

Yea that too, 2 positions have opened up now for the next game. From reading the game summary I got the idea that Pavlyuchenko sucked. Yea?

I watched the game, and ol' Pav did what he does best, blow scoring opportunities. He had two good chances...

To be fair, neither opportunity was a blown sitter, both would have been nice conversions from relatively difficult chances. However, it must be said, isn't that what you pay the big bucks for when you blow 14 million pound sterling on a CF? One would like to think that he could have converted one of them.

Well I heard he scuffed a good chance, he needs to be able to at least put in on frame. They didn't show his chances on the highlights I watched, but what about Modric in the 90th min!! He tried to slide it on the ground in that situation, that was bad thinking that I know he wishes he had back.

I watched the second half. It's amazing watching Arsenal attack with 7 of 10 men in the 93rd minute. Four Spurs players come back the other way and Modric has a wide open shot to win the match. Pavlyuchenko looked pretty bad in the time I watched, only to be replaced by Darren "swollen head" Bent.

Other than the designing women's clothing, it doesn't sound that strange.

Can't blame him, though, Liverpool is a far bigger club than hertha. And, guess what, if he happens to go on a scoring tear (which I doubt, he's not a prolific scorer) the reds will crawl on their knees to get him.

What a lopsided pairing that might make: TORRES - Voronin

ESPN must really skimp on the soccernet budget, because 90% of everything is 3rd grade level writing/reporting/spell checking/Shakespeare impersonation.
