I take it we are the other team that's playing. I can't wait to see that FA Cup game from 99 since I haven't seen it since it was played live! Ahh... the memories. Anyone want to give me some ideas on who to watch on the older teams.

Ok I see it. I usually just use the soccertv site. Any reason that it is all ManU? Some connection to your TV channel or just biased FSC programmers?
I actually remember this game pretty well, especially for Cantona torturing Kharine, and his 2 identical penalties.
I remember the '77 final quite well even though I was only 8 at the time. Nice bright sunny day. Liverpool going for the treble were favorites. 3 goals in about 5 minutes. Stuart Pearson pumping his fist in the air, the mighty chest of Lou Marcari. My first real happy memory of watching United. And of course for 1 day I had the glory over my Liverpool supporting older brother.
Off the top of my head for the 77 final... Gordan Hill, Steve Coppell, Stuart Pearson, Sammy McIlroy, Brian Greenhoff, Jimmy Greenhoff, Lou Macari, Arthur Albiston, Martin Buchan
Time to update your Christmas wish list... It used to be that man could alone live on beer, pizza and sex. Now, he needs TiVo as well.
Why are they not like VCR where you buy the damned thing then have at it, why must I pay MORE monthly fews! WHY. Oh nevermind I see it now, 300$ for a lifetime or 12$ a month.
You're actually paying for the Tivo LiveGuide data, and let me tell you the fee is well worth it. What makes Tivo stand out above generic DVR's is the quality and simplicity of their software. It's surprisingly intelligent, and works the way you'd expect it to. Sort of hard to explain until you get one.
I wish I could, my friend has one in his home. However as I leave for school back in another month and my parents don't watch TV (well they do, a good amount but its just whatever is on, not for anything in particular, well CSI but isn't that evyerone...) then I don't think I should take one for Christmas this year.
Don't take any advice from an engineer... I saw a news story on one guy who made his family prepare for the bird flu. They've got solar paneling, animals to kill a basement full of food and masks. Oh, and firearms too... Achtung is an engineer. He wants bad things to happen to us. Evil I tell you, Evil.
Well I do sit secluded in my ivory tower controlling my minions as we plan a takeover of the world's televisions. All those subliminal messages in the Tivo.
I feel so out of touch with the times. I'm actually going to use a VCR. Shoot, why do I always let myself fall behind!
