ANDY MOELLER IN MIDFIELD MIX: Add former German international midfielder Andy Moeller to the list of Bundesliga veterans discussing possible moves to MLS. His contract with Schalke expires this summer. The league has also reportedly talked to Thomas Haessler (1860 Munich), Krassimir Balakov (Stuttgart) and Dariusz Wosz (Bochum), but the only teams with considerable salary-cap space and an allocation are the Metros and the Fire. The Metros are reportedly close to signing Honduran midfielder Amado Guevara, but they were supposedly very close to signing Spaniard Mario Rosas six weeks ago. Still, the Guevara deal looks like it will go through. 5. SITTERS: Former Rapids midfielder Joey DiGiamarino has agreed to a new MLS contract and will be entered in a weighted lottery draft once all the paperwork is completed. The Metros and D.C. United are the teams that had expressed interest in him.
Is Andy Moeller still unstable? I mean sure he was part of the Dortmund side that beat Juve in the CL final, but I remember his head wasn't screwed on so straight.
